We want to bring happiness and joy to residents of Syracuse through our delicious street food!
our founder
Alessandro Ippoliti has been a fan of the street food scene since he was a little boy. He currently works full time at Syracuse University and enjoys the chaos of food service. Although he loves his jobs, his main priority is his family: his wife Tonia, and his two daughters, Izabella and Natalia.
our story
The business was first founded in 2000, serving hot dogs, lemonade, and deep fried ice cream. As the years progressed, we expanded and finally found our niche: blooming onions, mushrooms, and fried pickles. When COVID hit, product cost rose and we didn't want to go from $10 to $18 and overcharge our valued customers. We went back to our roots, focusing on hot dogs, lemonade, and fried Oreo's, and we plan to bring Ippoliti's Street Food to the next level.
